Custom-Made Products & Right of Withdrawal

Each product is individually crafted according to your specific wishes and specifications. These are not pre-produced stock items, but handcrafted pieces made especially for you.

Please note:

According to Art. 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and the corresponding national regulations), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

As your product is custom-made after your order has been placed, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Cancellation Before and After Production Begins

Cancellation is of course possible as long as production has not yet started.

Once production has begun – particularly after materials have been ordered, prepared, or craftsmanship has commenced – material and labor costs have already been incurred. In the event of cancellation at that stage, we reserve the right to charge for costs already incurred or to offset them against payments received.

Thank you for your understanding that handcrafted custom work requires binding planning and production.
